We will not accept exchange if 7 days from purchase have expired. 

To be eligible for item exchange, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. If exchange is granted, customer is responsible for shipping cost to send item back and must provide tracking number. If you return item without a tracking number and it goes lost, Natural Balance Bliss will not be responsible. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

Shipping

Once order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process order. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. (USA) 

International shipping is not available at this time.
